*Certified Spiritual Directors attend programs at Seminaries or Training Centers to receive certificates in Spiritual Direction. These programs can last one to three years. Not all of these directors and supervisors have been trained by CFDM but all are certified. You should interview several directors before making a decision at which time after two or three meetings, either one of you can change your mind if you find you are not a good fit.
